If you choose to arrange your own flight, please follow Inforno Travel’s guidance before booking to ensure your flight aligns with the group arrangements.

For those looking to add more to their day, there are two optional Passport Experiences to choose from.

Thai Cooking Experience:
Start with a visit to a local market, where your guide will introduce you to the fresh ingredients used in Thai cuisine. Explore the stalls, learn how to select herbs and chillies, and discover what gives Thai dishes their distinctive flavors. From there, head to an air-conditioned cooking kitchen, where you’ll have your own station and work alongside experienced chefs to prepare classic Thai dishes from scratch. Learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors before sitting down together to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared. Recipes are provided so you can recreate the dishes at home. The experience is suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks.

YONA Beach Club Experience:
Spend the afternoon at YONA, a unique floating beach club located on the Andaman Sea off the Phuket coast and accessible by boat. Relax across the multi-level venue, enjoy the 22-metre infinity pool, and take in panoramic ocean views. With DJs playing throughout the afternoon, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere, refreshing drinks, and beautiful golden-hour views as the day transitions into evening. It’s a memorable way to celebrate your final full day in Thailand.

Both experiences are available as optional add-ons and can be selected when booking or added later through your booking account. The experiences are scheduled to work around each other, so you can choose to enjoy both during your free day.

Our team will arrange your transfer to Phuket International Airport (HKT) in line with your flight schedule, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure. Pickup will be scheduled well in advance, allowing ample time for a comfortable journey and a relaxed check-in process.

Experience the vibrant energy of Patong at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. Enjoy a stunning location with diverse dining options and rejuvenating spa services. The spacious rooms feature modern Thai decor and private balconies, while the inviting infinity pool offers a relaxing atmosphere. Families can also enjoy the supervised kids club for ages 4 to 12. Engage in cultural experiences like cooking classes for a truly immersive stay.

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following applies to all reservations for The Passport Experience™: Thailand 2027.

More than 60 days before departure
All payments made toward your balance are refunded in full. Your $299 deposit is non-refundable, but it is not lost — it is retained as a travel credit in your name.

60 to 41 days before departure
Deposit non-refundable and non-transferable. 60% of your balance is refundable.

40 to 31 days before departure
Deposit non-refundable and non-transferable. 25% of your balance is refundable.

30 days or less before departure
No refund is available.

YOUR TRAVEL CREDIT

The credit belongs to you. It is valid for 24 months from the original departure date and may be applied to any future Passport Experience™ departure or other programme operated by our destination partner. It may also be transferred once to another named traveller, on your written instruction.

When your cancellation is processed, written confirmation of the credit, its value and its expiry date is issued to both you and Inforno Travel. The credit is available for use straight away.

OPTIONAL BANGKOK–PHUKET GROUP FLIGHT

Before tickets are issued, the schedule above applies to the flight add-on. Once tickets are issued, the airline's own restrictions apply and the fare is generally non-recoverable.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel protection is strongly recommended and is offered during booking. Some benefits, including Cancel For Any Reason where available, must be purchased shortly after your initial deposit—please review the terms carefully at the time of booking rather than waiting until final payment.

International airfare is not included and remains separate. The Bangkok-to-Phuket flight is available as an optional add-on. Everything from the moment you land — airport transfers, accommodation, all activities, excursions, transportation, and tour guides — is covered.

Your package covers your hotel stay with daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers, all excursions and activities listed in the itinerary, transportation throughout, and tour guide assistance for all included activities. A full inclusions list is available on this page and in your booking confirmation.

Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities for guides and drivers, and any meals or expenses not explicitly listed in the itinerary. Lunches are included on Days 5 and 6; on other days, when lunch is not part of the program, your guide will point you toward nearby dining options.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Entry requirements vary by nationality and may change before travel. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet applicable passport, visa and entry requirements. Inforno Travel will provide updated Thailand entry guidance prior to departure.

Travel protection is not included in your trip price and is strongly recommended.

Coverage is offered during the booking process through Trawick International.

Some benefits and optional coverages, including Cancel For Any Reason where available, are time-sensitive and may require purchase shortly after your initial trip deposit.
