Check-in begins on Day 1 at Sthala, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali. On Day 3, guests will check out from Sthala and check in at Conrad Bali after the scheduled activity and inter-hotel transfer. Final check-out will be on Day 6 from Conrad Bali. Early check-in and late check-out remain subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip. If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. For the balance amount, the cancellation fee will be applicable.

Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities for guides and drivers, and any meals or expenses not explicitly listed in the itinerary. Lunches are generally not included — your guide will always point you toward nearby options when a meal isn't part of the day's program.

U.S. passport holders can obtain a Visa on Arrival in Bali, which is quick and simple at the airport. If this changes, we'll notify you by email ahead of your departure.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
